little known fact, once you are older & no longer in school, time stops being real. did that thing happen one year ago? two? five? a few months ago? who knows.
Hi so this is my third time remaking this post and now I am officially a broke college student. I moved in last Friday and am living on campus. My scholarship/grant covered most of my bill leaving my remaining balance at over 1k which thanks to donations, I have been able to pay half of. Technically it is due on the 5th but I am working on getting it extended. I am also waiting to hear back about work study. I’m short 100 because I had to rent textbooks. (If anyone knows how to get them online please let me know)
I also have a go fund me set up for my mother which I’ll be linking as well! I was just on the phone with her and the AC broke…in 90 degree weather so she could really use the money.

In addition to this my old dinky laptop is on its last leg. Notice how I am using a wireless keyboard bc none of the actual keys work. Notice how the bottom is coming apart and how the mouse pad is completely lifted. Also notice how it’s plugged in. That’s because it only stays on if it’s connected to the charger 🙃 I found a replacement for 200 so in addition to the money that I need for college, I need a new laptop.
